“I think Polar Post is a great book to stretch the ‘Erutuf’ series. It’s fun and exciting. I can picture the story. Kathy did a great job on developing this amazing book! This is the best book for kids because this series is different than other series. Go Kathy. This series is not done because they have not gone to every place on the map and more books are coming.”

"I really like that the animals can talk. My favorite character is Dean. He is always making jokes! I might use some of them. Now, I want to visit a national park and have an adventure!"

"In this rich fantasy novel, the author exhibits a love for national parks and creates engaging and realistic child characters: one who wants to go home, one who needs naps, one who is scholarly, and one who takes on the role of the leader. Their conflicts are authentic and sure to engage her young readership."

“I liked this book because it takes the reader in to a world where anything is possible. It also takes real things like V.R. and puts them in a fictional world. I also love the open wilderness and how it takes place at a national park and how no matter what you’re interested in this book probably has it. I mean it has pirates and not many fictional national park books have pirates. That’s why I really like this book and its characters.”

“I earnestly think that Polar Post is a great and amazing book because it is silly and fun, but there’s still rising action in the book. I would recommend Polar Post because the dialogue is just perfect in every aspect and I love Dean making jokes even when things look serious. In my opinion, Polar Post is one of the best books I have ever read, so I would definitely recommend Polar Post for everybody to read.”
